President Trump correctly calling out Chinese imperial behavior on South Sea islands.

What is President Trump saying about Argentine imperial behavior on South Atlantic islands?

Argentina’s Falklands Banner Echoes Park Jong-woo’s 2012 Dokdo case, penalties possible

Joseon Ilbo Published 2026.07.18. 03:36

According to Article 34, Paragraph 4.3 of FIFA regulations, all World Cup players and squad members are banned from displaying political messages in any language or format from before the match starts until after it ends.

After the semifinal match held in Atlanta, Georgia, the Argentine squad posed with a banner claiming sovereignty over the Falklands Islands.

In 2012, Park Jong-woo displayed a banner reading ‘Dokdo is Our Land’ after securing a bronze medal at the London Olympics.

Consequently,Park Jong-woo was banned by FIFA from participating in the medal ceremony and received a two-match suspension in international competitions.

20 billion dollars of US taxpayer monies has gone a long way in Argentina.

Who do you think you are fooling President Trump … if you think old England’s done?

Once again Stephen emits a multi-faceted whine.

…pointing out current FIFA behavior as if somehow it applies to Olympic behavior over a decade ago.

And then… let’s blame Trump somehow.

Because every current event that doesn’t fit their worldview and every bad life choice is Trump’s fault.

Libtards mostly appear to be a little retarded.

This is no different from America claiming Canada and Greenland as part of US territory.

So look in your mirror(s).

“This is no different from America claiming Canada and Greenland as part of US territory.”

It is quite different.

China’s claims are based on second and third order historical relationships with China.

America’s claims are based on:

– Canada making decisions so bad that America has to step in like a clean and sober older brother to help a little druggie who is giving BJs for fent.

– Greenland needs to be American to protect Europe and North America against RUSSIA… that is the big enemy… until America does anything about it… then everyone is suddenly pro Russian.

“So look in your mirror(s).”

Daaaaamn, I’m lookin’ gooood!

“20 billion dollars of US taxpayer monies has gone a long way in Argentina.”

The U.S. Treasury provided a $20 billion currency swap line to Argentina to support the peso, which drew criticism from lawmakers over the use of taxpayer funds. Argentina only utilized $2.5 billion of this credit line, and the Central Bank of Argentina has fully repaid the funds.
