Let’s start the day with the national anthem of Setnaffaria.

Song of Setnaffaria

Verse I
On a very legal patch of land,
We drew a brand-new line,
With a Sharpie and a master plan
Scribbled out in wine.
No more forms, no more experts,
No more facts to check,
Just vibes, resolve, and confidence
And a glorious flag we’ll spec.

Chorus
Oh Setnaffaria! Loud and proud!
The greatest, some have said,
A perfect nation, huge and strong,
At least inside our head.
We’re winning big, we always were,
Despite what maps may show,
Setnaffaria marches on
In tweets and overflow.

Verse II
With trusted friends from far away
Who swear they mean us well,
They loan us tanks and talking points
And promise not to tell.
From Beijing’s scripts to Moscow’s nods,
Such generous advice!
They say our freedom’s very real
(Just don’t read the fine-print twice.)

Chorus
Oh Setnaffaria! Bold and new!
Uncancelled, free, and loud,
A nation built on grievances
And feelings deeply proud.
We’ve got the best beliefs around,
The strongest truths by far,
Setnaffaria shines so bright
It blinds the fact-check czar.

Bridge
We love free speech so very much
We shout it into law,
Unless you disagree with us,
Then that’s a serious flaw.
Courts are fake, but justice real,
As long as we agree,
And every loss is rigged, of course—
Except our victories.

Final Chorus
Oh Setnaffaria! Stand and cheer!
Salute the chosen few,
Where loyalty is currency
And facts are optional too.
So raise the flag (design TBD),
And sing both near and far,
Setnaffaria forever reigns—
The best that never was.

Next up: More Things join with awkwardly artificially different linguistic patterns.

Nobel Economist, Paul Krugman, has very interesting words describing the situation in the US

“Nobel Economist, Paul Krugman, has very interesting words describing the situation in the US”

Paul Krugman is a top-tier economist but he sadly has at least one big flaw.

As a self-proclaimed leftist, and with Trump Derangement Syndrome, he always predicts negitive result for anything Trump does.

But Trump’s actions economically succeed or don’t fail more than half the time. This makes Krugman’s predictions wrong more than half the time.

It is shame Krugman damages his reputation repeatedly because he cannot manage his TDS.

ChickenHead

I watched the 7 minute Paul Krugman so you won’t have to.

Did I call it , or what?

All leftist anti-Trump America-Last misrepresentations and other nonsense.

– Nobody respects Trump (which is not an issue)

– America lost the war with Iran (that isn’t over yet).

– Trump is working with Putin (because Trump stopped giving American tax money for Ukraine to squander)

– Russia is losing and Ukraine (despite Ukraine not taking any land back).

– The world no longer trusts or respects America and it is permanently damaged (despite it being well know the world deals with America based on 4 year election cycles and there is no “permanent damage”)

– etc.

It is clear that he does not understand or want to understand America First or geopolitics in general.

Being liked is not a goal. Being respected is only a secondary objective. Being trusted is not even an issue, as America’s actions, especially under Trump, are quite predictable.

What the lefties refuse to address, perhaps even privately in their own mind, is that America First does what is best for America. It doesn’t matter if there is like or respect or trust. It only matters if America can bend the world to its will.

And that is where the real problem is. Everyone hates being cut off and bullied after decades of taking advantage of America and abusing the generosity without much in return.

The they go on about issues that the masses think are important, but the reality is that nations don’t have friends. They have shared interests.

And, while whining to their domestic audience, the reality is everyone will do America’s bidding because it is in their best interest or they have no choice.

And boy are they mad being manipulated like this.

Chickenhead, do you have any Nobel laureates that praises your supreme leader that you can show us?

I doubt it. Your cultic group comes from the most ignorant, uneducated, low-IQ people like yourself.

But I’m glad that this has happened (the USA shooting itself in the foot, destroying its own global privilege, the Petro Dollar that is now no more). You lost the war to Iran. I suggest you apologize, pay the reparations, and carry out all the steps Iran has demanded. Then just maybe, just maybe, Iran may let you keep your dollar game going a little longer. Otherwise, this will be a textbook case of how a narcissistic country destroys its own money and global reputation due to arrogance.

“Chickenhead, do you have any Nobel laureates that praises your supreme leader that you can show us?”

María Corina Machado:

“I absolutely support President Trump’s strategy.”

“We… are very grateful to him… he is a champion of freedom.”

“The actions of President Donald Trump have been decisive…”

“I dedicate the prize… to President Trump for his decisive support…”

“I presented… the Nobel Peace Prize… for his unique commitment with our freedom.”

“I doubt it.”

There it is. Doubt no more.

“Your cultic group comes from the most ignorant, uneducated, low-IQ people like yourself.”

I don’t often get recognized for being ignorant, uneducated, or low-IQ, but thanks for noticing.

“But I’m glad that this has happened (the USA shooting itself in the foot, destroying its own global privilege, the Petro Dollar that is now no more).”

Of course you are. You have no opinion. You only have political fetish… hate America, love illegal aliens, hate police, love men who dress as women and want to talk to children about sèx… etc.

“You lost the war to Iran.”

The war in Iran is not over. Your statement is meaningless.

“I suggest you apologize, pay the reparations, and carry out all the steps Iran has demanded.”

Fortunately, your suggestion is meaningless because you are meaningless.

“Then just maybe, just maybe, Iran may let you keep your dollar game going a little longer.”

This is much like Iran “let” America sink all its major ships, destroy it air defense, and drop bunker busters deep into its underground enrichment facilities. Iran is quite generous in letting America do what it wants.

“Otherwise, this will be a textbook case of how a narcissistic country destroys its own money and global reputation due to arrogance.”

Keep in mind, if your wishes for American failure come true, America will take the world with it as it goes.

…and maybe it already is.

“Chickenhead, is that the best you can do? Really?”

There is no best.

It was a binary assignment.

“Chickenhead, do you have any Nobel laureates that praises your supreme leader that you can show us?”

Yes, I do and here are the quotes. You were, yet again, wrong. Accept it and move on instead of “but but but”. Issue resolved.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, I rest my case.”

Good thing you’re not a lawyer. You have not clearly stated your case, presented compelling evidence, offered rigorous analysis, or arrived at a sound and defensible conclusion.

Just keep it stuck in your craw that no matter what happens, the effects will be worse on the rest of the world than on America, America is positioned to recover more quickly, and America’s following success will be built on the labor and resources of everyone else…

…especially Europe and Canada which can’t find a self-destructive decision they won’t take.

Iran’s fake ceasefire will likely be ending soon.

They didn’t agree to America’s non-negotiable requirements and now we will see if there are any consequences.

Let’s look at the requirements.

– For Iran to end all uranium enrichment

– To dismantle all major nuclear enrichment facilities in Iran

– To retrieve highly enriched uranium from Iran

– To accept a broader peace, security and de-escalation framework that includes regional allies

– For Iran to end funding for its proxies Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis

– For Iran to fully open the Strait of Hormuz, charging no tolls for passage

None of those are unreasonable for the rest of the world. The librards scream that Iran is good and Trump is bad but not having a nuclear weapon, making peace with Jews and Arabs, stop funding terrorism, and to allow the global standard of freedom of navigation are pretty hard to argue with… unless you are a libtard yelling that the George Floyd of nations is actually the innocent victim.

In a typical Trump move (which has also served me well my whole life), if I can’t have ice cream, nobody gets ice cream.

In response to Iran’s blocking the Straits of Hormuz, Trump is blockading Iran’s ports.

The two obvious results are:

– Iran can’t make any money

– Asia takes a sudden interest in opening the Straits for everyone else.

Welcome to the party, boys!

Bonus: This is how you get China to lower American gas prices.

ChickenHead
ChickenHead

Iran: We are closing the Straits of Hormuz.

Trump: Anybody who relies on oil from this region want to help? No?

Iran: Haha! Nothing you can do about it.

Trump: OK. We are closing Iran with a blockade. As long as nothing goes in and out of the Straits, nothing goes in and out of Iran. Perhaps that will motivate those who rely on sanctioned Iranian oil, that past American administrations have ignored for various reasons, will be motivated to help change Iran’s behavior.

Iran: (insert empty threat here)

China: Nice try, Trump. We are sending our ships to pick up oil anyway. Whachya gonna do? Start WW3?

Morgan Freman: What nobody seemed to realize at the time was that Trump wanted Iran to recover quickly after an attitude change ended the war so that Iran could be brought into the international community and lower energy prices would assist international prosperity while America took economic advantage of a large market of people craving American products.

But that was more of a guideline than a rule.

The blockade was not enforced by interdiction of shipping but by the targeted and limited destruction of ports and oil terminal infrastructure.

After realizing that repairs to the minor damage were relatively quick and easy but that Trump would just keep disabling infrastructure to keep Iran permanently incapable of exporting energy or goods as long as the Straits were closed, the world had a rethink.

While they were thinking, America exported a record amount of oil.

“The Frog Knew. They All Fucking Knew.
— Why Joe Rogan, Rupert Murdoch, and every MAGA influencer should be sued into oblivion for the war they helped create.
So I’m watching Joe Rogan’s podcast. He’s got some pop culture fuckwit on there and they’re both sitting around going “oh my god, how did this happen? Trump said no more wars. I never saw this coming.”
You never saw this coming.
You feel so stupid, Joe? Here’s a fucking update. You are fucking stupid. Almost as stupid as the dumb cuck fucks sitting there watching the drivelling effluent superhighway of cooker explosive diarrhoea downpouring out of your shitcan mouth every week and calling it journalism.
“How many Iranian school girls did Trump blow up? What’s the number?”
180. Largely children, teachers, and parents. A US Tomahawk missile. Directed by AI targeting. On a school.
And Rogan’s sitting there going, “I just don’t understand how they make this work in their heads.”
I’ll tell you how, Joe. The same way you did. You looked at a convicted felon, an adjudicated rapist, a bloke who told over 33,000 documented lies in his first term, who cheated on his wife with a porn star while she was home with a newborn, who ran scam universities, robbed kids cancer research charities and bankrupted casinos, and you said, “Yeah, but no more wars though.”
But here’s the thing. I’m not even angry at Trump anymore.
I’m angry at you.
Because you can’t blame the scorpion for being a scorpion.
There’s an old Russian fable. First told on screen by Orson Welles in 1955. A scorpion comes to the riverbank. Asks a frog to carry him across. The frog says no. “If I let you on my back you may sting me, and the sting of the scorpion is death.” The scorpion says, “Where is the logic in that? If I sting you, you will die. I will drown.” The frog thinks about it. Makes sense. Climbs aboard. Halfway across the river, the frog feels a terrible pain. The scorpion has stung him. “Logic!” cries the dying frog. “There is no logic in this!” And the scorpion says, “I know. But I can’t help it. It’s my character.”
Everyone wants to blame the scorpion. But the scorpion told you what it was. Trump told you what he was. Every single day. For a decade. He lied about everything. He cheated on everyone. He conned every person who ever trusted him. He stiffed contractors. He defrauded students. He grabbed women. He incited a riot at his own Capitol. He’s a clinically diagnosable malignant narcissist who every psychologist in America was screaming about from 2015 onwards.
And you still put him on your back.
So no. I don’t blame Trump for bombing a school full of Iranian girls. Trump is a scorpion. That’s what scorpions do. I blame every single one of you who looked at the most obvious con man in the history of democratic politics and said, “Yeah, nah, he’s alright.”
I blame Rogan, who had Trump on his podcast for 3 hours and threw him softballs like a dad pitching to a 5 year old at T-ball. Who platformed him to 50 million people and never once pushed back on a single lie. And now he’s sitting there hugging his kids going, “What are the parents in Iran feeling right now?”
They’re feeling what we told you they’d feel, Joe. While you were busy being best mates with the scorpion.
I blame every influencer, every podcaster, every YouTuber, every comedian who said “both sides” and “mean tweets” and “at least he’s funny” while the rest of us were screaming that this bloke was a fucking danger to civilisation.
I blame every voter who heard “no more wars” from a man who lies the way normal people breathe and thought, “Yeah, I’ll take that at face value.” From the bloke who ran scam universities. From the bloke who bankrupted casinos. From the bloke whose own charity was shut down for fraud. You heard “no more wars” from that guy and you just believed him. Like the frog believed the scorpion.
But here’s what really fucking gets me. Why do the rest of us have to wear this?
Why does the entire planet have to cop the consequences of your stupidity? Why do Iranian parents have to bury their 9 year old daughters because Joe fucking Rogan couldn’t be arsed doing 30 seconds of critical thinking before platforming a fascist to the largest podcast audience in human history? Why do Australian families have to pay $3 a litre for fuel because some mouth-breathing MAGA dipshit in Ohio thought a game show host with a spray tan and the moral compass of a fucking tapeworm should have access to nuclear weapons?
We didn’t vote for this. We didn’t ask for this. We warned you. Loudly. Repeatedly. For years. And you called us hysterical.
So here’s my question. Why can’t we sue these cunts?
Seriously. Why is there no mechanism on this planet to hold these people financially accountable for the damage they’ve done? Rogan platformed a fascist to 50 million people and collected $250 million for the privilege. Rupert Murdoch spent 30 years building a propaganda machine that turned half of America into drooling fucking zombies who’d vote for a ham sandwich if it promised to own the libs. Fox and Friends spent every morning for a decade fellating this man’s ego on national television while he dismantled democracy in real time.
And when the bombs fall? When the kids die? When the global economy tanks and fuel prices skyrocket and alliances collapse? They all just shrug and go, “Well, I’m just an entertainer” or “We’re just asking questions.”
Fuck off you are. You’re not entertainers. You’re not journalists. You’re accomplices. You’re the getaway drivers in a heist that killed 180 school children, and you should be treated accordingly.
If I sell someone a car and I know the brakes don’t work and they drive it off a cliff, I go to prison. If a pharmaceutical company sells a drug they know is dangerous, they get sued into the fucking ground. But Rupert Murdoch can build a 24 hour propaganda network that radicalises an entire nation, platforms a pathological liar into the presidency twice, and watches him bomb a school full of children, and the old cunt just sits in his penthouse counting his money?
Where are the reparations? Where are the damages? Where is the class action lawsuit from the rest of the planet for having to live through this shit because a handful of billionaires and podcast bros decided that truth was less profitable than outrage?
You want accountability? Send a fucking message. Sue Fox News for every cent they’ve got. Sue Murdoch personally. Sue every media organisation that spent years sanewashing a fucking lunatic and presenting him as a legitimate political option. Make Rogan pay damages to the families of every service member who comes home in a body bag from a war that his platform helped make possible.
Because right now the message is clear. You can radicalise a nation, platform a dictator, help him win the presidency, watch him bomb schools and threaten nuclear war, and your only consequence is a bigger contract and a new studio. That’s not a media landscape. That’s a protection racket for war criminals.
You don’t get to back away from this now. You don’t get to do the shocked face. You don’t get to say “I feel so stupid” like it was some innocent mistake. Stupid is forgetting your keys. Stupid is leaving the oven on. What you did was hand the most powerful military on earth to a pathological liar because he made the libs cry and that was more fun than thinking.
180 people. Largely children, teachers, and parents. A Tomahawk missile on a school.
That’s not on Trump. Trump is a scorpion. He was always a scorpion. He will always be a scorpion.
That’s on you. Every single one of you who carried him across the river. Every single one of you who watched him get carried and cheered from the fucking bank.
You own this. All of it. Every bomb. Every body. Every parent pulling their dead child from the rubble of a school that was standing 5 minutes before your guy decided to play war president.
Don’t blame the scorpion. Blame yourself. You knew what he was. You voted for him anyway. And now 180 people are dead and you want sympathy?
Get fucked.
Let’s drink to character.”

James Whitlock, why post such nonsense by people who change their positions, and even core ideology, for clicks and views rather than evaluate facts.

Here is the problem… your problem.

Trump haters take him literally but not seriously.

Trump supporters take him seriously but not literally.

When he says “no new wars” that doesn’t mean he won’t bomb an anti-American aspiring nuclear power back to the stone age. It means Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan… occupation and nation-building.

Besides, Iran is not a war. It is a Preemptive Defensive Freedom Enhancement and Strategic Peace Enforcement initiative. He didn’t promise none of those.

The current situation, so far, is low cost and high reward with a clear purpose and clear victory conditions. It is also a great real world test of the military that will lead to massive improvements while the military is focused on improving equipment and skills rather than how many tranny hoes of color it takes to service a barracks.

What is there not to support?

Despite media lies, including fake stuff like you posted, Trump has consistently accomplished or tried to accomplish everything he promised… perhaps not in the way you like it or expected it… but in the way his supporters want.

Immigration, crime, foreign policy, trade, etc… he has done what he said he would do. The opposition has been from court cases by threatened grifters and ideological activist judges… and the constant whine of the media hating the nullification of their constant sabotage.

You are barking up the wrong tree to complain about Trump the way you do.

Setnaffa, I think that video is fake news.

The first clue is that in the first few minutes I could tolerate watching it, there were sensational claims and appeals to emotion but it never quite got around to saying exactly what was banned and why

It lost me when they showed the cops pulling a guy off a scooter while leaving the impression they were taking his scooter to enforce some sort of nonexistent ban.

I don’t know what they were really doing but I hope they were enforcing the helmet rule which the guy was clearly violating.

I made the mistake of clicking a video out of curiosity.

I have only myself to blame.

My observation of Chinese police is that, like Korean police, they aren’t out looking for trouble and people just ignore them. The citizen-police relationship is like Korea, not America. In a country with 3 times the population of America, of course a few sensational videos can be found of something that can be misrepresented in some way.

Whatever anyone wants to think of China, they must accept the fact that the Chinese government is quite unified in advancing China. The vast majority of people approve, respect, and appreciate this. They support the government in most cases as it has led to great prosparity.

For example, the Chinese people believe Taiwan is part of China and support military action by the government if it is ever required.

Half of Americans don’t even support securing our border from criminal aliens who get free medical care while they do not.

Another observation: I work with Chinese and Europeans. The Chinese are focused, hard-working, and goal-oriented. They are a pleasure to work with. The Europeans are process-oriented, spend more time making schedules than setting goals with solid plans, and are generally tiring to deal with. I clearly see the results of this on a large scale. China is eating Europe.

In the end, nobody has to like China and its intrusive and dominating intentions.

But denying reality will make it harder to manage the situation.

setnaffa
setnaffa

The Chinese are not, per se, the problem.

The CCP is the problem. They have been the problem in China since about 1944, even more than the Chrysanthemum Crowd.

If you listened to the video, you would understand. A few years back, all internal combustion engine motorbikes were banned, confiscated, and sold to Africans. Now they’re doing it again with E-Bikes.

And it’s adding to the frustrations of banks failing, housing swindles, unemployment (or just not getting paid), and more — people with no other outlet for their stress are committing “rage against society” attacks, often against children.

I post these videos sometimes to remind our fellow travelers that North Korea is now a freer place than “West Taiwan”…

Screenshot_2-3
ChickenHead
ChickenHead

Setnaffa,

Again, in my observation, the CCP is no longer very communist. The remaining attributes of communism are being phased out as quickly as pride, tradition, and evolving narrative will allow.

Further, everyone at the upper levels of the CCP are clearly working to improve China. Doing anything less is not tolerated. This could be contrasted with some of the behavior we see in the American government where a shockingly large number of politicians gain their power through openly sabotaging America. This is now happening in Korea. An argument could be made that China is quietly behind some of this in both cases.

These unpleasant observations should not be denied or sugarcoated to ourselves.

Let’s go back to scooters.

China phased out gasoline scooters over a 20 year period through increasing restrictions and price imbalance, as is done in many countries to gradually engineer change.

Because the Chinese government is more unified than most other governments, the gas to electric swap was well-planned and beneficial for the country and its citizens.

“Confiscating scooters and selling them to Africans” may have happened to hold-outs but it was the exception rather than the rule.

To encourage individuals, there was some subsidy on electric scooters, lower operating costs, and less/no paperwork/registration/license requirements.

More importantly, the Chinese government directly and indirectly promoted the startup of many small manufacturers that competed against each other to make refined products at low prices, suspiciously like capitalism and free enterprise. (There are around 100 domestic car brands in China now that are producing increasingly good cars at very reasonable prices due to CCP-encouraged competition).

The “CCP” also promoted the rapid development of a charging infrastructure and the entire battery industry which has been good for the country and the people.

When I watch what is happening in China, where everyone in power promotes programs that help the country and corrupt officials are executed, then I look at California’s Train to Nowhere and similar projects that were clearly designed to grift America by anti-American politicians while the anti-American media makes excuses, it seems there is a lesson there.

Back to scooters.

This all smells like fake news. I will continue to believe that until I can get a straight answer as to what electeic scooters are being confiscated and the reasoning behind it.

Certain scooters are banned in certain areas due to speed and safety requirements but there does not appear to be any big sensational confiscation.

Soooo… I’m going to need something other than a video of guy making vague claims.

The takeaway should be:

China is looking out for China and they are doing it very well. Because of this, they have the support of the Chinese people who are benefitting and trust their government to make good decisions. But China looking out for China is dangerous to countries who are not looking out for themselves with equal enthusiasm, especially when they are influenced by China to self-sabotage.

It is necessary to be vigilant and critical of China’s influence but do not mistake international intrusiveness and bad intentions for any form of incompetence.

Individuals linked to the Minjoo Democratic Party engaged in proxy voting in the Jeonnam region. Reports indicate that mobile phones were taken—at times without clear consent—from vulnerable elderly women and used to cast votes via ARS or messaging services in favor of party candidates. If accurate, this points to deliberate exploitation of vulnerable individuals and a breach of basic electoral integrity. That such practices are alleged to have occurred in Jeolla Province—a region that has long been a stronghold for the Democratic Party—only deepens concerns about how far some actors may be willing to go to secure political advantage.

In today’s sad news, the race hustlers at the Southern Law Poverty Center got busted for…

…wait for it…

…hustling race.

“DOJ Indicts Southern Poverty Law Center on 11 Counts – SPLC Used Donor Money to Pay KKK to Stage ‘Hate Crimes’”

Of course they did… because normal white people just try to ignore the type of people the Poverty Center attracts. And when people are too busy trying to live their own lives to spray paint walls and vandalize cars and do the things the Poverty Center’s followers are known for and expect others to do…

…well…

The best way to show how much racism there is when racism is harder to find than hoped for, is… to… create it… especially as nobody donates if they don’t see the level of racism they were promised existed and needed to be solved.

As always with fake racism (are there even any real events?) the media will say, “Well this was a good thing because it brought attention to the problem.”

I agree. This is a good thing, as the Poverty Center has always been a problem… encouraging victim mentality, perpetual dependence, extortion, etc.

Everybody who did anything needs to go to jail. The assets need to be seized under RICO and refunded to those who had unjust expense brought on by the Poverty Center.

In da bidness, dey call dis “reparations”.

Amazing the amount of alleged hate crimes that turn out to be a victim spray painting or setting fire to their own home, school, or place of worship.

I wonder how many jussie smolletts never got caught.

By the way, it’s time we welcome johnnyboy back to the trenches and the daily fight of the free and independent world against commies, retards, perverts, weirdos, queers, druggies, Canadians, kiddietouchers, and other human stains.

Thank you. I have always appreciated the discussions here.

I have a family member who has donated to splc for years and I’m leaning towards not even mentioning this story to them. A lot of people have a hard time believing they could be deceived by organizations they hold dear.

I’m skeptical splc will suffer real damage from it. This may even be a rallying cry for more donations. The old “Look how we’re being targeted politically. Democracy is in danger.”

“I’m leaning towards not even mentioning this story to them”

FWIW (I too have family members who probably contribute to this organization…certainly they hold it in high esteem), I wouldn’t mention it. Family rifts over politics are bad, and things don’t patch up later even after whomever leaves office/dies/or whatnot or said organization goes down in flames (like all of the Clinton’s numerous foundations, for example).
Sure, Hillary is just a “public servant God bless her heart”
Keanu Reeves once said he has stopped arguing with friends and family. If they say 2 plus 2 is 20, he’s just like “good for you”.

I agree wholeheartedly, Liz.

Scott Adams of Dilbert fame was also a student of persuasive techniques. Most of which he said become less effective once people reach age 60 or so because humans become more set in their ways and less open to new information that contradicts their belief system. I will never be able to convince the folks I love in the generation before me that the policies they advocated and people they hold in high regard have screwed up the American dream for my kids.

The relationships with friends and family are much more important to me than winning a debate on problems we are all largely powerless to change in any meaningful way anyways.

Another Chinese issue in Jeju island.

News title: Visa-free entry granted, and now it’s a ‘pickpocket relay’… it got so bad that even a ‘special task force for Chinese nationals’ was formed.
