The guys with corporate jobs in the Yoido skyscrapers may be winning… In the late 90s, a good percentage (over 10%) of a certain well-known company were asleep half the afternoon so they could be ready to be ineffective between 5PM and 11PM and slide in late (after 9AM) the next morning.
Leadership matters. There were other companies I worked with that were in the office 7AM to 6PM and got their work done on time…
