“In June 2024, the Kurdish individual was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for three years, for engaging in sexual acts with a junior high school girl. During the suspension period, he was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually assaulting another junior high school girl.”
It is unclear to other Kurds what he could have done wrong.
There is a reason everyone in the region oppresses Kurds and denies them a homeland.

“The Japanese just don’t understand his culture.”
Pretty sure they understand and sympathize. Molesting kids is a part of Japanese culture too. Many cases of teachers only getting moved, dismissed, or jailed for a few years. It was only in 2021 that the law changed to revoke teaching licenses, but even that allows them to reapply after as little as 5 years, and there’s enough opacacy in the review process that schools can’t always see the records. Japanese legal code even considers the individual rehabilitated after 8 years.
8 years is a supprisingly long sentence for only rape in their legal system, which suggests there were likely additional charges.

It’s different when Japanese do it.
Anyway… no sympathy.
This guy could have just bought used panties and a vial of spit out of a vending machine like a normal person.
@Chickenhead, I wonder if he is a Kurd from Turkey or a Kurd from Iraq. There is a difference. The Kurds from Iraq I found to be very chill where Kurds from Turkey were a bit more special. I don’t have any experience with Kurds from Iran or Syria. They may be even more special.

The internet seems to think he is Turkish.
“A 22-year-old Kurdish Turkish beast, Hasgyul Abbas, on probation for assaulting a 14-year-old girl, raped a 12-year-old in a car park just 3 months later! Swore in court “I’ll never do it again”
Judge hammers him with 8 years (prosecutors wanted 10, should’ve been life!), zero remorse, denied it all. ”
This makes sense due to Japan’s lax visa situation with Turkey.
People whine (when told to) about “a brutal dictator who blah blah blahed his own people”…
…but when there isn’t one around blah blah blahing, the animals go feral.
The path to peace in the Middle East is more secret police, not fewer.
The Japanese just don’t understand his culture.
Maybe more diversity is the answer.
