Pakistani immigrants are demanding that Japan change its culture to fit Islam:
"My children are Muslim. I don't let them celebrate Japanese festivals. Instead, they take the day off from school. There’s no Islam in Japan. Japan needs to become more multicultural."
If these people are so unhappy that Japanese culture will not change to accommodate them there are plenty of Muslim countries like the UK they can move to.
