American women are fat and sloppy. American men are ragged. You can spot an American English teacher becasue they are both ragged and stupid looking. Some of them actually appear to be borderline retarded.
There is a segment of lumpy (probably American) young women dressing like Japanese genre cosplayers. Cute on Japanese girls. Not so much on a bigger frame with a sour face.
The convenience stores are staffed by friendly brown people. In fact, there are an amazing number of friendly brown people holding normal lower-lower middle class jobs all over.
There are more female Muslims lurking around than there should be, as the acceptable number is zero. However, they are almost all small Asian ones in neat clothing so let’s wait and see.
Shinjuku is flooded with Nigerians up to no good. “You like tìtty?” They are all over touting the tìtty bars. The entire career is locked up by big creepy Nigerians. How do they make a living? I truly cannot grasp how big of fùcktard you have to be to drunkenly follow a Nigerian promising free tìtties to a back-alley basement tìtty bar.
The foreigners seem to be behaving themselves but many of them are certainly an eyesore.
Japan needs to identify these people and make it a priority to develop robotics to replace them before they reproduce.

People who advocate for more government spending like that are not good people. That leads to dystopian bureaucracies like California, where people in LA are still not fully able to get permits to bulldoze their burnt houses and rebuild…
Japan should instead just change work visa rules and organize private, for-profit companies to teach language and culture to predetermined levels like TOEFL and other tests.
If I want to start a small, normal retail business¹ in America, it is expensive and there are many barriers.
In Korean, it costs about 150K and a couple hours of time. Government workers help with a smile because they want Korea to have more business.
In China, it is free. Just register. The Chinese government wants China to rule the world and that starts with not putting a barrier in front of any economic success.
Chinese police have about the same relationship with citizens as Korean police. Don’t cause trouble. They are around but you don’t slow down and break out in a cold sweat when you see one in the rear view mirror.
America is less capitalistic and more of a malignant police state than China.
Keep that in mind when you want to talk shìt.
