It can be pointed out that the Roh Tae-woo administration wasn’t known for celebrating communists, and that a lot of water has gone under the bridge since then, making that claim meaningless even if true. Whatabout is usually not a defence. This is still a case of an anti-Korean communist wanting to celebrate an anti-Korean communist.

Not according to the latest poll which shows Yoon’s popularity has sunk down to 20 percent range – the worst among the democratic countries with the top 12 biggest GDP. The lowest rating Moon ever got was in the mid to high 30s.
