The DMZ No Fly Line was fairly obvious and not that hard to follow. If I recall correctly, the 94 OH-58 incident involved new in country unit with inexperienced crew that realized/admitted to themselves to late that they were lost. Panels help but training, training and more training is the most effective answer.

@152G, that’s precisely correct.

“Panels help but training, training and more training is the most effective answer.”

Well-said.

If the pilots had known how transexuals are a force multiplier, homosexuals are the backbone of the military, our fighting forces would be lost without women, and black people built America, accidents like this would never happen.

Has anybody thought of equipping all aircraft with an automated voice message of imprtant reminders upon startup?

Bigotry and aircraft accidents are two sides of the same coin. Through more training on bigotry, we can remove that coin alltogether.

CH – Thanks for the reminder of what current US military training focuses on. At least back in my day new Democrat administration’s were largely focused on cutting operations budgets, sending us to third world hell holes, letting women in the Cav and figuring out different ways to harass us in the name of environmentalism. I never thought I would miss those days.
