Picture of the Day: Beer Party for Foreigners in South Korea

Beer party for foreign visitors
Beer party for foreign visitors
Tourists from foreign countries enjoy beer and “dakgangjeong,” or sweet, crispy Korean fried chicken, in Incheon, west of Seoul, on June 15, 2023, as the Incheon municipal government and the Korea Tourism Organization threw a party as part of efforts to promote tourism to the western port city amid an endemic COVID-19 era. BEER PARTY FOR FOREIGNERS

…and the only foreigner in the picture appears to be a Muslim woman with no beer in front of her.

We live in a world where headlines are wishful thinking that support the narrative because nobody goes much further.

Chickenhead thinks the “foreigners” can only be whites and blacks. It can’t be any of the Asians. Imagine that, an Asian country like Korea, can’t have any of their Asian neighbors visit and live in Korea. Nope, that can’t ever happen, impossible. Only whites can count as humans..uhmmm… oops I mean…. “foreigners”.

No, ChickenHead is aware that North and South Asians look very different.

That narrows it down.

Within the countries of North Asia, there is a big difference in style and interaction.

It is possible, but highly improbable, that a group of Japanese or any flavor of Chinese would come to a Korean beer festival and dress like a Korean ajuma.

But to you, all Asians look alike.

The media says they are tourists from 10 countries, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the United States, and Russia

I don’t think you even know what a Korean ajumma looks like. Now sit down and shush.

The media says a lot of thing. Some may be true.

Kindly circle all non-Koreans in the picture and explain your reasoning.

A conundrum.

If you ask a Korean … is a male jemi-kyopo … who hasn’t done Korean military service … a foreigner?

Korean Consulate General in Los Angeles and Seoul Administrative Court say: … yes.

The 6 people in front of the picture you mean? They totally look like tourists from Taiwan or even Hong Kong. Gyeopos don’t go on group tours to Korea. White people look exactly the same to me too. And I can’t tell if they’re from the US, France, or Russia, so it’s fair.
