South Korea Participates in Trilateral Naval Drill with the U.S. and Japan
It is great to see the growing trilateral cooperation between the ROK, U.S., and Japan:
South Korea, the United States and Japan kicked off a trilateral naval exercise, involving an American aircraft carrier, in waters south of the Korean Peninsula on Monday, Seoul’s defense ministry said, amid joint efforts to reinforce deterrence against growing North Korean threats.
The two-day anti-submarine and search-and-rescue exercise, featuring the USS Nimitz carrier, got under way in the international waters south of the southern island of Jeju.

Nice to see for the Americans. On the other hand, the Japanese are thinking, we ain’t allies with Korea and vice versa for Koreans against the Japanese. It’s a fake alliance. The Americans are itching for a fight with China since they aren’t the ones who will have their homes bombed by Chinese missiles. Unlike the Koreans and the Japanese who will be the first ones to die when the Chinese missiles strike, as well as have their economies far more devastated than the US. The US is using its supposed friends as human shields engaged in proxy wars.

Americans can only blame themselves, for their America First and MAGA policies that deeply hurt the economies of not just America’s enemies, but also America’s close allies.
I for myself wouldn’t mind seeing the W1320 Korean Won per one US dollar, go down to W800 Korean won per US dollar. That would be world of relief for most Koreans.
