It has snowed and is colder than the average December. I never understood Korea, brag about having 4 season but when it snows they act like they are from Alabama… don’t drive well in the snow, don’t clear snow off sidewalks, very little road snow clearing equipment. The city of Cheonan didn’t even budget for snow removal in their annual budget.
