It has been a record week of watching people figure our the vaccine is a scam…

…and potentially a dangerous scam.

The highlight:

Guy talked to his double vaxxed and boosted parents stateside who just go over their second round of covid this year.

They are angry and feel betrayed.

The usual: “But but but we did everything right.”

While at the hospital, they asked about the new bivalent booster.

The doctor said, “I cannot tell you not to take the booster or I will lose my license.”

The doctors know. They have always known. None of them will trade their jobs for what is right (a failure we can discuss another time).

People live in a fantasy world and then get mystified, or angry, when they have a brush with reality.

Next Up: “But but but how could Ukraine lose?”

Considering that no one is forcing you to get vaxxed and restrictions are being removed, I do not understand why you are continually whining about the vaccines like a little girl.

Maybe the vaccine jealousy hasn’t worn off yet?

In which case you should man up and get over it.

Ha!

Now think for a moment.

When someone comes to the shocking realization over something I have been going on about for a couple of years, do you think it brings me anything but glee?

And that goes double if they are butthurt over it.

And it seals my legacy as the Oracle of the Orient, the Nostradamas of North Asia, and the Psychic of Pseoul.

…not to mention, the Klairvoyant of Kimchee.

…and the Seer of Yer Mom.

But enough about me.

The real reason is because the moment those pushing the vaccine see complacency, weakness, or inattention, they will do it all again.

The only way to keep it from happening is to make sure enough people are openly rejecting it all… and that requires awareness.

I have inspired enough people to question the bullshìt and reject it that I have plenty of encouragement to keep going.

I might have even inspired some of you!

Maybe some of you cut and pasted what I wrote and sent it out to your friends.

I know some of you do… because every now and then, I get some of my own writing back from someone who doesn’t even know ROK Drop.

“Check this out!”

“OMG,” I say, “That’s brilliant. Whoever wrote that, I’d suck their dìck if I could. LOL.”

They don’t realize I am not joking.

So, unless everyone wants more mandates (but who doesn’t want a Man Date?) and lockdowns and restrictions and whatever other controls can be put on the little people so the fat cats can get fatter, it is best to voice constant displeasure at all of this.

…because the next steps are already in the pipeline just waiting for the right time.

Don’t ever let it be the right time.

Except you, Korean Person.

Get that fancy new booster.

Stay Safe & Effective, my friends.

Heh, setnaffa, there do seem to be a higher number of pilots becoming “incapacitated” during flight than before. But I’m not sure if it’s just that we are paying closer attention.
I know a pilot who had to get up and help fly the plane, after the Captain had a heart attack. That was about seven or eight years ago (I don’t think it even made the news).
Hard to say. It would be nice to have some numbers to know for certain, but I think they’re keeping that on the down low.

Let’s look at covid statistics in Korea to date.

The current (3rd) big wave seems to be peaking around 50,000.

The first two waves peaked around 400,000 and 140,000.

However, testing was free and easy for the first wave and hard to get for the second two. With this in mind, it is hard to know the truth.

Nobody is interested in keeping any useful statistics… or, more likely, interested in sharing them with the public… which might include a few people capable of finding uncomfortable truths buried within them.

In retrospect, it was so cute how they destroyed small business every time the number got to 1000 for a couple of years.

Actually it was obvious at the time… when more people were dying by crossing the street and suicide statistics quietly stopped being published.

If this lowering trend is correct, even if the exact numbers are not, it would seem everyone is building immunity and all the hype over a massive winter wave, and a more probable massive spring wave, is not going to happen.

This relies on a few fundamental assumptions:

– natural immunity lasts more than a year… which it appears to

– the vaccine + covid = “super immunity”… yet to be seen… watched a lot of “up to date” vaxxed catch it more than once in a year (looking at you this week, Whoopi Goldberg).

– the bivalient booster, which is targeted at one extinct and one almost extinct strain, will kinda work against the winter/spring strain (looking to be Q-class Omicron as opposed to BA)… it will likely have some effect for about 3 months… but with only about 6% of people interested in it, how much can it have? Let’s see what amazing policy the government comes up with to carrot and stick the suckers into the next phase of the ongoing medical experiment.

– there will be no new strain… maybe? Who knows. Instead of letting everyone catch covid so it will all go away, governments have been dragging this out with restrictions and lockdowns that always ensure there are pockets of people to keep the infection going and encourage its mutations that can reinfect the previously infected.

All the clues are there to guess what could come. Omicron was made in a lab. Labs are still modifying covid to become more deadly and more infectious and then publishing papers to brag about it. Who knows. Unintemtional accidents and intentional incidents are not unimaginable.

A new strain that escapes current immunity would kick the numbers up. Lab-made strains have concentrated on escaping narrow vaccinated immunity rather than broad-spectrum natural immunity… so the science-denying anti-vaxxers have that going for them.

– the political winds could lean toward repressing or amplifying covid fear… so there could be a big wave that gets no testing and no press or a small wave that everyone clutches their pearls over.

The medical profession could suddenly understand the from/with covid distinction… though classifying “with covid” as a heart problem brings up its own issues… because there is this strange lingering excess mortality, especially in places with a high vaccine rate, that us hard to explain (although the best experts all agree it isn’t the vaccine).

Bonus: in the 70+ group, things look exactly as expected… there was a peak of excess deaths as the sick were killed off early by covid and now there is a dip in excess deaths, as the people who should be dying now are already dead. But for younger groups that were never in danger from covid, the excess deaths there is an odd increase in excess deaths that coincidently started around the time of the vaccine.

What could it be?

…ask the experts.

So, as we would expect the winter wave to begin in about three weeks, though there has been this unexpected fall wave, let’s see where we are at the end of December.

And, of course, Spring Wave is always the most exciting.

Don’t forget your boosters!

Stay Safe & Effective, my friends.

Mcgeehee

@Set, nice find but I’m sure we are only hearing about a fraction of these incidents. Just like all vaccine deaths, news desk editors are leery to make such pronouncements lest they anger their sponsors. Always curious how many more of these incidents are happening that doesn’t make the news, thus we don’t hear about?

At the same time, airline policy (all airlines) strictly controls what information is reported about the company. A friend (and former F-15 jock) recently retired as a captain from SWA; I believe he’s on a lifelong NDA although he won’t admit to it. He stays positively mum about scary flights or other incidents with SWA, but will talk all day long about military flying mishaps and times he thought he was going to die.

If only there were a (public) forum for airline employees to open up. Liz, I know they have their employee intranet, but I’m sure they’re “careful” about what they say even there.

Something to read and keep handy if you are a pilot and fly as a passenger these days. I am certain each airline has more formal procedures.

@Set, – below is a quote from your linked article:

“Incapacitation is a real air safety hazard that occurs more frequently than many other emergencies in routine aviation training.”

That’s a relief to know (that engines don’t die as much as pilots do)

@CH, 7th wave. The Korea Times reported SK is in the 7th wave of COVID.

Traveled to MIL’s nursing home in Kunsan over the long weekend. She is 87 and totally catatonic (wheelchair bound, immobile, no eye contact, expressionless, no recognition, doesn’t speak). All family can do is go in and LOOK at a living corpse … with a mask strapped on her.

In addition to wearing masks (of course), discovered visitors had to show a negative test to simply ENTER the facility. That counted me out. I don’t participate in tyrannical medical restrictions based on no medically supportable data.

Those first four waves were Globalist Moon destroying small business, crippling Korea, and ramping up the propaganda so an initially hesitant population would become part of the global medical experiment.

Instead of offering protection to the vulnerable, everybody was forced to suffer socially, educationally, and financially to avoid the flu… and drag out the pandemic so new variants could develop (or be introduced).

Then the 5th wave hit… the first one to show up on the graph… all while there were the most restrictive of the restrictions… showing how little effect the restrictions actually had over the previous two years… and how ineffective the high vaccination rate was.

And at the tail end of that wave, there was an election and the new administration dropped all the restrictions… and the graph did what it was going to do anyway… no jump in cases.

Besides, after killing small business, big business stepped right in to take their action… and many of them were not really affected… department stores and such in the day didn’t have the restrictions of poor little resturaunts and coffee shops… and all nighttime business… because covid was time-dependent or something. At that point, it was clear everything was bullshìt and there was no reason to pay any attention to government.

Narrarator: The only rule people rwally made a big show of following was the mask rule… the one thing we know does almost nothing to prevent the spread of covid.

CH,
Regarding your comment about Ukraine losing. Eh, I’m not so sure the powers that be want the Ukraine to lose. I know sniffy fingers Joe is all in, and I fear that if the Ukrainians do start to take serious casualties, NATO (in other words, ‘Merica) will be thrown into the fray. I must caveat my statement with the fact that I have no real idea as to what in the hell is going on over there. The Ukrainians seem to be using the same TTPs when it comes to propaganda and psyops (oh wait, they were Soviets and learned the same skillzz). So with that, I have no idea who is taking the greater loses in this fight because journalism is dead in America and the only reporting we got was from a retired shitbird navy chief intelligence operator and twitter neurotic Malcolm Nance. The rest of the reports published on the net I take with a micron of salt at best. And really, in the end, I just don’t care. They can kill each other off as they have been doing for centuries without me and my band of merry men participating.
I do, however, find it interesting how the Zelensky has been painted as this Joan of Arc savior sort of archetype. The dude is a court jester; an actor, a useful idiot for dark forces. He is clearly insane, likes the smell his own farts, and is itching to bring forth the Pale Horse, of which I am in no hurry to witness.
It’s early and I’m already on a meandering rant.

PS, thank you and GIKorea for the soccer comments link. I got a good chuckle out of that.

GI, with the new film Devotion coming out, we are reminded of the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesse Leroy Brown. And the lesser, but still great, sacrifices made by Tom Hudner to try to save him and later bring his wingman home.

Were Brown’s remains eventually found and recovered? I read that Hudner made a trip to the DPRK in July 2013. Was there any followup by the North Koreans?

Mcgeehee, I know for certain last year (2021) the (pilot) disability rates were far far higher than usual. Physicals are required twice a year for Captains.
It had a significant impact on scheduling.
That doesn’t indicate whether it was covid (I do believe long covid is real, especially for folks who have had the virus two or three times or more, and folks who travel all the time often do) or the vaccine or something else. It would be nice if the GAO did a study but it won’t happen under this administration (just like they didn’t investigate the anthrax vaccine until after Clinton left office).

CCR,

Based on results, this has nothing to do with Ukraine… they are clearly being sacrificed for whatever the real goal is. There is zero expectation they are going to fight off Russia. Zero. By anybody.

Russia is going to return Ukraine to the pre-industrial age in the coming months. Then their recently mobilized military will have a half million soldiers comfortable with winter warfare. Everybody will make a show of clutching their pearls. Taxpayers of every nation are tired of the Ukraine rathole… and are close to showing theirndispleasure to their own governments. Bordering nations might expand their borders before into Ukraine this is over. Nobody cares about corrupt Ukraine… except those who can use it while it is usable.

It isn’t even clear the purpose is to hurt Russia. They are still selling gas to Europe. It just goes through other nations and arrives at a higher price. Putin has an unbelievable popularity, more than 85%. The EU’s punny boycott means nothing, as China is happy to supply whatever is needed. Russia is exporting less at a higher price. That’s good work if you can get it.

Based on what is actually happening, it would seem the goal is to destroy the EU… and the EU leaders are going along with it… for the same reason they encourage chronically dependent 3rd world immigrants and shut down their nuclear power and put more restrictions on farmers.

It is not clear what that reason is. Perhaps the same madness that supplies endless welfare to those who come across America’s open border or champion trash like George Floyd while ridiculing accomplishment like the reusable rockets of Elon Musk.

The western world has entertainers and clowns and puppets for leaders… amusing when times are good… not very useful when times are bad.

Somebody has shut down energy supplies to Germany through politics and explosives. German industry can no loner compete due to energy prices. America is forcing Samsung and TSMC to move production to America…

…so maybe this is all a clever plot… not against America’s enemies but against America’s allies… who deserve whatever they get because they brought it all on themselves.

…though any benefits to Americans are likely incidental. The American government is a self-licking ice cream cone which has lost any interest in taking care of Americans… just perpetuating the bloated administration that does the bidding of the multinationals.

Bonus thought: America seems to be doing everything you might want to do if you expected a world war in the usual places… Europe and Asia… and would like to redevelop your own domestic supply lines. Consider that.

I believe the brain is a use-it-or-lose it kind of a thing.

With this in mind, I go through all sorts of thought exercises in hopes of keeping on my game.

I think the most useful excercise I do is having people ask me questions on any topic which I immediately answer.

Now these answers don’t have to be right… they just have to be clever.

Example:

Q: “What is the difference between a chickpea and a garbanzo bean?”

A: “I never paid 50 bucks to have a garbanzo bean on my face.”

But sometimes, I answer truthfully.

And sometimes, nobody is sure.

You get the idea.

Anybody want to ask a question for which they have never been able to get a satisfactory answer?

“Why do dogs eat grass?”

Mcgeehee

Good answer!

 … but wrong.

There are theories abound; a few of the top picks:

to settle an upset stomach (studies have failed to support this)
they need the chlorophyll (which they don’t)
boredom (possibly … same reason given when they eat shit)
show of force / act of aggression (like orangutans snapping branches)

Truth is vets and dog psychologists around the world just don’t know.

ChickenHead
ChickenHead

Pretty bold of you to say my answer is wrong.

My answer is objectively true.

So is, “They don’t have a thumb to hold a blunt.”

Further, by your own admission, “Truth is vets and dog psychologists around the world just don’t know.”

It looks like even the experts have yet to determine the validity of my theory… though I am willing to evaluate any paper you wish to submit saying otherwise.

But to prove a point, I will find some dogs lock in a 2 foot by 6 foot apartment balcony, project Reefer Madness on a nearby building, and watch for signs of grass eating.

I think we can safely predict the results.

liz

Thought our dogs eat grass because there is something on the grass they like (for example, deer urine). Thought they eat feces for nutrients they lack (for example, one dog was always eating horse feces until the owner gave it alfalfa for a few days, that cured the habit…or so she said).

OK, that was unsatisfactorily serious; but I’ll accept it as accurate.

Question 2: a) What are the odds America can, with any combination of the so-called Four Boxes of Liberty (soap, ballot, jury, and cartridge), recover from the current decline and return to the Founders’ vision? b) What do you see as the most likely outcome?

“b) What do you see as the most likely outcome?”

I see decent Americans having about enough of trannys and faggots being forced on their kids.

I see them growing tired of being hassled by the druggie homeless and preyed upon by criminals.

I see them deciding being comfortable and mobile is more important than the threat of global warming that has a tipping point measured in days but never quite arrives.

I see them reluctant to rebuild Ukraine while they drive over the same pothole every day on the way to work.

I see them angry about being underpaid and overworked while prices go up and service goes down.

I see them unhappy that university put them in lifelong debt for a worthless “education” and institutional investors have rigged the system to make them perpetual renters.

And I see them doing nothing about it.

It is hard to get an average American on the soap box. The ballot box is openly rigged and those rigging it will fight to keep it that way. The jury box is tainted by selective enforcement and selective investigation. And the system is designed so the misery and risk that follow the cartridge box will always be slightly worse than what is offered to be compliant.

What they will do is look for solutions to all this. These solutions will be provided by government. This will be the same government that created the problems.

These solutions will come from a completely different direction but will be intended to produce the same result… primarily submission to a corporate/globalist agenda and be non-threatening to the state.

Along the way, instead of banning books based on “hate”, there will be banning books based on “morality”… and all sorts of changes-that-aren’t-changes designed to delight the previously enraged side and enrage the previously delighted side. They will remain divided and ignorant of their true shared enemy.

Noisy independent people in power, such as Trump or Musk or Ye, will be suppressed while controlled opposition on both sides will be promoted as long as they only bicker about inconsequential issues while sharing support for the larger narrative.

If, somehow, conditions become bad enough that social unrest grows, there will be a war to justify lifestyle reduction and restrictions while resetting the broken financial system.

I see a lot more too.

Chickens and roads don’t seem so serious now, do they.

While others like GIKorea take the time off to enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, setnaffa stays in front of his computer all day to post conspiracy theories about Covid and vaccines.

In this day and age, who cares about Covid and vaccines?

And to amplify his message he uses the identities of ChickenHead, Mcgeehee and liz to make it look like that there are several others like him.

Note that the above come out whenever GIKorea posts a story about Covid and whenever setnaffa’s vaccine jealousy rears its head.

It is obvious that setnaffa needs help but considering that despite that he is still posting stuff using several identities, I strongly believe that he has no family at all who is giving the help and companionship he needs.

So, on this day let’s all be thankful that we can spend it with our families unlike setnaffa who is all alone with issues and spending his entire day in front of a computer posting fake news and conspiracy theories about the pandemic which is in the past.

ChickenHead
ChickenHead

No, silly… protected from dying.

…actually probably more because I am not 80 years old and I am not in any of the high-risk groups.

Catching covid was such a trivial event for me that it doesn’t even fit into my calculations.

I realize that is not the case for everyone.

In my observation of case severity, it appears nutrition plays a really big roll. Nobody eats a diet that provides proper nutrition without some supplements.

It is unclear if all the nutjob supplements do anything but C, D, etc., should be augmented… especially in our indoor/night lifestyle.

Modern society has shockingly low D and government recommendations are criminally low.

After paying attention over the last couple of years, I am starting to believe Americans are supposed to be chronically unhealthy and depended.

I’m not for banning it, but let’s be honest. Does anybody really need to drink a half gallon of Coke? Or any Coke?

(Unless Musk buys it and puts the cocaine back in it).

Who would do that to themselves?

What company and government would allow… or even encourage. It’s safer to occasionally play with mercury in a room insulated with asbestos.

An interesting set of links from JJ Sefton over at AoSHQ this morning:

The internal unrest in Iran and China continues to percolate. As I touched upon last week, it’s rather ironic that two of the world’s most oppressive regimes might, or at least have the potential, to spark a geopolitical earthquake that, like most of these sort of things, was unanticipated and seemingly out of the blue.

I’ll stop right here and state for the record that in no way am I predicting either or both of these are going to be overthrown and their leaders given the Ceacescu-Mussolini lamppost treatment, let alone Jeffersonian democracy established. The odds are long indeed. But the elements in both those accursed nations are certainly there, which make those odds, long as they are, still higher than zero.

Setnaffa, I keep a lot of close contacts In Iran.

I may have mentioned it here but about 5 months ago, I got word that all the Iranian rich people in the know were transferring assets and setting up parallel lives outside of Iran.

There are a lot of little clues that Iran is in for some changes.

Bonus Thought: An Iranian I know well was just in America for a week of work and six weeks of travel from DC to NY and then LA and SF, as well as points in between.

“What did you see that was WOW!”

“America has a LOT of money.”

“What did you see that was OMG?”

“Americans are fat and there are homeless people everywhere.”

Yeah. Welcome to America, Xerxes.

I have known him since he was highly educated but VERY Iranian. We met in a 3rd country. Apart from stinking so bad that it was hard to be around him (after telling him nicely for a week and getting excuses, I sprayed him with air freshener and threatened credible violence).

He actually thought all girls outside Iran were sluts and he said to me, “Were can we go to make a girlfriend tonight. Where is girlfriend street?” Actually, I have a lot of stories about him.

He no longer stinks. Still no girlfriend.

I’m grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, which has kept my case mild, and I urge everyone to do the same, especially as we move into the winter months.”
