Well, you may have a point… but Ashley Estell was kidnapped and murdered by 1-4 unknown people, one of whom who went into the women’s restroom at a park in Plano, TX, so I wanted to make certain of everyone’s pronouns. They convicted one person but found DNA from two others under the dead youngster’s fingernails, so he was instead taken off Death Row and given three consecutive life sentences for the crimes to which “he” pled guilty. The story at the link tells as much as the authorities have released.
