Korean Man Receives 25 Year Jail Sentence for Murdering Employee By Pushing a Plastic Rod Through His Rectum

This is an extremely bizarre murder in Seoul:

A 41-year-old man was sentenced to 25 years in prison Thursday for brutally killing one of his employees by inserting a 70-centimeter rod into the victim’s rectum.

The Seoul Western District Court found the man, only identified by his surname Han, guilty of murdering the employee at a children’s gym in Seoul with the plastic stick, which ruptured his organs and caused his death in December of last year.

“Severe punishment is inevitable as his crime is bizarre and brutal, and he did not have any kind of respect for the victim,” the court said in the ruling.

It’s not as though he wore a MAGA hat or supported Reagan, Trump, or DeSantis…

Like I always say, spare the rod and spoil the piles.

So basically a colonoscopy.

Little known, but ~3 of every 1000 patients die of colonoscopy. But the death certificate never reads, “died from colonoscopy”. They die 2-3 weeks after the procedure from sepsis infection, gastroparesis, severe IBS, complications from torn or ruptured abdominal tracts, etc. … something resulting from an imperfect colonoscopy. And THAT is what’s listed on the death certificate. Because the death occurs weeks after the procedure, the procedure is never implicated.

So this guy died from a failed colonoscopy. I’m sure the employer was looking out for the victim’s best interests, so the way the police and press have characterized this is presumptuous.

Doctors get away with it, so why shouldn’t this guy?

“Something about this story is fishy,” said the police inspector.

“That’s a trout enough,” the police commissioner answered sternly. “You need to examine your sole and stop being shellfish.”

“What are you two carping about?” Cried the waitress. “This place only serves cod. We don’t play squid games here.”

“My investigation is starting to flounder,” complained the police inspector.

“I only agreed to promote you for the extra mussels,” said the police commissioner.

“I’m calling the owner to have you two thrown out for the halibut.” said the waitress as she fishtailed away.

BTW, GI… why are you allowing a convicted murderer (i.e., “Korean Man” as identified by the headline here) to post?

Also, Han sounds very much like the majority Ethnic group in China…
