On the subway an announcement came on asking people to stop religious activities. Earlier an old guy was giving his talk about Jesus and hell but never knew that wasn’t actually allowed because so many people do it. Maybe it’s a covid thing? Hope it’s permanent

Ben Engel only dislikes one religion.
The only one that prohibits it’s followers from killing unbelievers.
And yes, not all nominal adherents actually read the book they claim to venerate.
But it’s in there. In addition to “Don’t commit murder“, Romans 14:4 states very plainly, “Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master[a] that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.”
