You know who else doesn’t like women in bikinis showing off their beautiful face and hairdo? The Taliban.

Is that who’s running Korea these days?

Even if you could see those bikinis in action, it still won’t change the fact that you’ll still be using your left hand, so stop complaining, you old fool.

While I despise the crony-capitalism of Korean regimented beaches, I’m going to disagree with you Setnaffa,

In my time in Korea I observed the opposite and that it was generally the females that drove covering up on beaches. Asian swimwear in general over the last decade has picked up on a modern version of the 30’s full-outfit swimsuit. Toss in the age old stigma of tanned-skin, and also more health awareness on what happens to you over time from prolonged exposure.

To the contrary of your middle-eastern comparison, I was asked by a fair amount of Korean guys what I thought about their girlfriends in terms of appearance. I don’t know if it’s that they wondered about the foreign perspective or maybe that’s how the guys exert upon each other in social circles, but it was often enough for me to remember and how weird it was to me considering in the west we generally frown upon overtly mac’ing on each other’s girls.

In any case I do miss the waters off east Korea, not the beaches though, F the umbrella squads!
