Picture of the Day: Light Traffic in Seoul

Few cars drive on the street near Seoul Station in central Seoul on July 25, 2021, with the toughest Level 4 social distancing rules extended for another two weeks until Aug. 8 to contain the COVID-19 pandemic. (Yonhap)

To me, that looks like people starving to death.
Doesn’t mean jack. Just means the traffic light is red at the intersection behind the photographer. Drive that route all the time. It’s a long red light.
If you zoom and crop, “Seoul is a ghost town.”
Zoom more and, “Seoul building vanish, leaving only street.”
Every time I was near Seoul Station, except at Chuseok, the streets were crowded with someone’s customers. Moon is starving people.
