South Korean University Uses Poop to Power Building
Here is an interesting way to power a building:

Using a toilet can pay for your coffee or buy you bananas at a university in South Korea, where human waste is being used to help power a building.
Cho Jae-weon, an urban and environmental engineering professor at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), has designed an eco-friendly toilet connected to a laboratory that uses excrement to produce biogas and manure.
The BeeVi toilet – a portmanteau of the words bee and vision – uses a vacuum pump to send faeces into an underground tank, reducing water use. There, microorganisms break down the waste to methane, which becomes a source of energy for the building, powering a gas stove, hot-water boiler and solid oxide fuel cell.

Hook that baby up to a Taco Bell or Arby’s and you’ll be putting that power back on the grid!
Dr. Jim Fecal? Hmmm… name checks out.
Sounds luke a born expert on scatological inventions.
Poop runs many discussion forums so it is about time it takes #1 from #2 and produces power for the people.
Well, we all want power; but isn’t there a more degrading and potentially disease-ridden way to produce it? Seems like the university should be looking for a way to generate power from undergraduate confessions of unconscious bias or something…
I actually made a Green New Deal toilet like this. It provides free power for an entire disadvantaged community of color simply by collecting urine and feces. Further, it reduces carbon output by 45 gigadrams per fortnight and uses only locally-sourced conflict-free renewable vegan construction materials.
I have virtue signalers lined up for a block and a half showing how they are better than everyone else by doing their part to save the planet and support the diversity of a marginalized and oppressed people.
Actually, all the waste just goes through a hose and into the sewer. The whole venture actually makes enough to pay the neighborhood electric bill.

Pretty decent business model.
CH, although I’m somewhat revolted by the concept, I think you understand the twisted and contemptible psyche of the leftist: not only would they pay per view, they’d pay to be on camera…
