Picture of the Day: 436,000 More Pfizer Vaccine Doses Arrive in South Korea

Officials unload containers carrying 436,000 doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines from a UPS cargo plane that landed at Incheon International Airport, west of Seoul, on May 5, 2021. (Yonhap)

It is good that those who want it will have more opportunity to receive it. Now, as asked earlier, will Lee Jae-yong continue to be punished for helping them?
If Calamity Moon and his underlings had done their jobs, pictures of UPS cargo planes unloading Pfizers at Incheon would have appeared months ago and Korea would have been halfway through the vaccinations.
@setnaffa
There is ongoing discussion and debate about letting Lee Jaeyong go. But it seems that the government is not eager to follow through considering that conviction was four months ago and the optics of letting go of someone who is rich, has connections, and whose family has been implicated in several shady practices, just four months into a thirty month prison term.
Article tells of growing vaccine hesitancy among Koreans; concerned with an increase of adverse events requiring expensive treatments and astronomical hospital bills. WHO IS GOING TO PAY?
Health experts (not my term, it’s from the article) suggest the gov’t should offer compensation for those who are injured by the vaccine.
BUT WAIT!! That compensation approach is an admission that vaccines are injuring people. We can’t do that. [That contradiction is in the article too.]
Oh, what tangled webs we weave.
…when trying to implement medical facism on your population.
