President Moon Feels He Received a “Reprimand” After Large Election Defeats

It wasn’t all that long ago when the ruling Democratic Party were smug and seemed unbeatable. That is no longer the case:

After his Democratic Party (DP) suffered an election rout, President Moon Jae-in stated Thursday that he takes it as a “reprimand” from the public.

He said he will carry out his duties with a “humble demeanor and heavy sense of responsibility,” according to Cheong Wa Dae spokesman Kang Min-seok.

Moon was quoted as adding that he will concentrate efforts on meeting the people’s “desperate demands,” including overcoming the COVID-19 crisis, revitalizing the economy, stabilizing the people’s livelihoods and the real estate market, and rooting out corruption.

The liberal DP was overwhelmingly defeated by the conservative main opposition People Power Party in the Seoul and Busan mayoral by-elections the previous day.

If he was honest, he’d change his ways; but I’m afraid we’ll see him double-down on trying to squash dissent.

Speaking of honesty…. at least he takes this defeat as a wake up call and a reprimand from the voters.

Now compared that to Mr Donald Drump (and his supporters here), who screamed and whined, “I won fairly but I was robbed! Let’s take up our guns and march to Washington!”.

When the “Commie Moon” makes more sense and more civilized than a supposedly the “greatest democratic nation in the world”.

A Lying Pedo China Joe Biden supporter…among KM”s many faults. Makes sense since the former VP was installed into office with the help of the Chinese commie party. 10% for the big guy.

Apparently ten-cent boy has no internal rules against making up lies… Like “Let’s take up our guns and march to Washington!” (unless he’s intimidated by western anatomy)…And “civilized” men don’t arrest journalists who disagree with them, unlike Xi’s would-be vassal.

Well Moon received a ‘reprimand’ when he pushed through Cho Kuk’s appointment as Justice Minister despite all indications that he was corrupt.

Back then he wasn’t listening and certainly wasn’t listening when the government pushed through its disastrous real estate policies.

Now that all regions of Seoul and Busan had voted red, well, he seems to be listening but time will tell whether or not this is too little too late.

Hopefully, he will soon receive the prison sentence he richly deserves……
