This is fake news. After reviewing the documents, it was revealed that there was consideration of building a nuclear plant in SOUTH KOREA, and then they were planning the power generated from that plant to be transferred over to North Korea. But this ‘plan’ was mothballed and no longer further reviewed.

Well, Calamity Moon had big dreams when he started talks with North Korea. Wouldn’t be surprised if one of them involved restarting the construction of the nuclear power plant that was suspended because of the North Korean nuclear tests.
