I wonder why the US hasn’t considered sinking any Nork ship with illegal cargo in international waters. Sure there’s an ethics issue to consider, but who or how are the Norks going to complain? “Hey UN, the US sank our ship full of illegal cargo we were trying to sell to the Chinese, Russians or Iranians.”
