How much money did they just spend on munitions, let alone weapons, fuel, and so on?
How many bags of rice, jars of kimchi, milk, and how much medicine could they have purchased for that?
How much would a dozen “regional well-baby clinics” cost? How many nork babies are going to die this year from lack of nutrition and proper medicine?
