Wife and I visited Lotte Tower today. Nobody was in line to buy tickets, no line to get on the elevator, we were the only two on the elevator ride up, and had the entire observation deck to ourselves.
Eventually about a dozen others made their way up, but it was eerily quiet the first 20 mins we were there.
