Is it a green-roofed government building in South Korea? (I couldn’t find it in Gwachin, Gwanju, Yongsan, or Camp Humpheys…) Perhaps where they took the three document-challenged nork “sailors”?

I’ll have to take Chairs at his word. Tried to zoom in, but the resolution was way too low on my work computer and cell phone. Just a vaguely greenish blur.
Yes comfortable chairs got the correct answer. That is the Japanese Consulate building in Busan that the anti-Japanese protesters recently made a fool of themselves at.
