I had a Swedish Carriage Ride once… not a bad experience at all….and certainly better than the Cleveland Steamer she gave me after I went to sleep.

Crazy girl, Crazy times.

Bonus thought: Is it possible for Swedish Queen Silvia’s mouth to be any wider and more Joker-like? That is certainly the smile of a woman plotting a Cleveland Steamer after a Swedish Carriage Ride.

I am, once again, exceedingly pleased to have led a relatively sheltered life… and not the least because of the colorful descriptions of pagan worship CH describes… I remember reading somewhere of an explorer who found a tribe whose rites were so vile he vomited on their altar and then had an uncomfortable bowel movement right near it. The pagans returned just as he was leaving, and-instead of killing him as he feared they would-they thought he was a member of their cult and honored him by showering him with their vomit and stool.

A person might have sense; but groups of people are stupid. Like the people who make royalty of elected officials (or allow those officials to act like royalty).

Have a blessed Father’s Day.
