As said, looks like an average Friday, nothing special. Now if people were rollerblading down the expressway or picnicking on the roof of their cars that would be Sol Nal traffic.

Everything seems to make Sepul traffic bad. Or worse. But I still love that city of 45,000 villages. They’re doing their level best to homogenize the unique and lovely; but I hope they’ll find Koreans are too stubborn to change completely. The greatest sin would be to see the same set of box stores and bad coffee franchises every mile or so like they did to Dallas, TX.
