How much is this costing the Korean taxpayer in this time of economic hardship (hardship caused by commie moons policies meant to wreck South Korea)?

Flyingsword, about $80 billion USD, if the rumors of Moon paying off North Korea in the agreement that was agreed upon last year in Lebanon when the high position reps from the two governments secretly met together, are true.
