Picture of the Day: Chuseok Traffic Madness 2017 Begins

Chuseok holiday begins

Bumper-to-bumper traffic clogs one side of a highway to the port city of Busan in Seoul’s Seocho Ward, on Sept. 29, 2017, as many holidaymakers hit the road to take advantage of up to 10 consecutive days off, including Chuseok, the Korean harvest holiday, which falls on Oct. 4 this year. (Yonhap)

All you people still in Seoul, watch out for the preemptive strike on north Korea. I have always said that if the U.S. wanted to take care of north Korea that it should be during Chuseok when Seoul is virtually empty. It would take the north Koreans by complete surprise just like the Tet Offensive did in Vietnam except it would be us doing the surprise offensive.

Meanwhile, in an article above, the North Koreans are winding down from Blusterfest 2017 by setting up roadside sales and harvest moon.
