That sign looks to be made of the super sticky, metal backed material they used to place those illegal no smoking signs on public walkways when I lived up in Yangju. Sons of b’s took me at least 3 minutes per sign to rip off the ground and heave in the trash. 🙂

I belive that sign can be made much more sinister with the addition of a silencer and a scope.
…and maybe draw a rifled barrel swirl around the outside like the beginning of a James Bond movie.
