I must point out the it is lieutenant General Vandal. He was promoted prior to the ceremony and you can clearly see he is wearing three stars.

I miss the smarter, dressier uniforms. Their hopefully-soon-to-be-replaced, so-called, “camouflage” just looks sloppy. You expect a general to have his stuff stowed away properly…

History kinda repeats itself.

Is Lt. Gen. Champoux (French) and Gen. Scaparrotti (Italian) aware that the Vandals ravaged Gaul and sacked Rome?

Good thing Gen. Bukaki (Japan) isn’t here or it could get messy.
