Actually, they’re two different perspectives on the same story. The ROK newspaper is headlining the reunions from an emotional standpoint. The NK newspaper shows KJU dancing a jig in celebration of the hard currency that his resort is bringing in from the South Koreans who have come for the reunions (along with any under-the-table payments from the ROK government).
