The most dangerous time for sexual assaults is from midnight to 4 a.m., with guest houses and public baths the most common locations. That conclusion is suggested by police data on sexual assault from 2001-2005 released to Grand National Party lawmaker Yoo Jeong-bok.
Even more shocking is that young women were the ones most targeted for sexual assaults.
In Japan, many people have believed that Korean males have a tendency to rape women whenever they have a chance, especially shortly after the WW II, because there were so many incidents of Japanese women rapes by Korean males, so-called "the Third Nationals" in those days.
It is still true some of Korean males share the same habit, though I wouldn't claim "all of them". It must be noted that *fake* Japaneses, imigrants from the peninsula, also-called "ZAINICHI" (Korean-Japaneses), include some really bad guys, like Joji Obara, or Kim Sung Jong, who raped and killed a Britain girl, Lucie Blackman, five years ago. P.S. US occupation army soldiers also raped many Japanese women in those days, but not officially covered by any media, since GHQ banned the disclosure about those shame incidents. I guess it is the same reason why many rape incidents by "the Third Nationals" publicly covered by media very rarely; however people knew this very well.
