The issue isn’t the production of anthrax. The difficulty lies in properly weaponizing it.
If North Korea starts bulk ordering envelopes, that will be a key indicator of weaponization and production.
If they’re killing turtle farmers, I’m not too worried about weaponized Anthrax going anywhere buy Pyongyang…
