When you get falsely accused of rape by one of your korean friends, GI, don't expect the same level of scrutiny to your case as these guys got.

Remember, their lives would have gotten flushed down the toilet if not for a few choice new media outlets.
It's so interesting how so many rape charges against our guys in Korea and Japan go through without A SINGLE SWAB OF DNA EVIDENCE.
It's almost as if the ROK and NIP prosecuters are afraid of it.
Which rape or sexual assault incident between a Korean national and a USFK servicemember do you find controversial? I follow the GI crimes very closely and I cannot think of one sexual assault or rape case that didn't turn out to be legit.
Other incidents such as the Acosta case or the 2003 subway incident I have been highly critical of because they were clearly being railroaded by the Korean justice system.
