Good luck trying to get North Korea to ever pay for this:

A Seoul court ruled Wednesday that North Korea must pay the South Korean government more than 44.6 billion won ($32.5 million) for demolishing the inter-Korean joint liaison office in Kaesong in June 2020.

The ruling marked the South Korean government’s first victory in a damages suit filed directly against North Korea. How Seoul could enforce the judgment remains unclear, as there are currently no practical means of compelling Pyongyang to pay.

“How Seoul could enforce the judgment remains unclear, as there are currently no practical means of compelling Pyongyang to pay.”

If you have limited hillbilly fAr RiGhT thinking, this is indeed a difficult problem to solve.

But if you are a leftist, academic by nature, you can easily see the solution.

“The South Korean aid package is expected to include $̶7̶.5̶ m̶i̶l̶l̶i̶o̶n̶ $̶4̶0̶ m̶i̶l̶l̶i̶o̶n̶ $7.5 million to help the World Food Program provide nutrition-rich food supplies to North Korea as well as…”

The left know how to take a hard line approach to communists!
