Japan and Muslims should find common ground.
For example, they both like really young girls.
That’s a good starting place.
Of course Japan wants them to be schoolgirls and Islam will blow up a school for educating girls.

Given how expensive land is in Japan, they might sell the land a single for burial site at the same price per square foot as an 80-story office building. Then put them all into that new 80-story building in something rather like the parking garages in Korea or some vending machines around the world. Win-Win, eh?
80 story buildings require a large footprint (including sub basements and earthquake safety) to stay stable, coffins can be stacked 5 high, per floor, customers can pay monthly for something like a Ring doorbell camera to view the dear-departed’s final resting place, HVAC can be nominal, pork restaurants not allowed above the 4th floor, and ethnic Japanese security guards can be added at a very nominal fee.
