Supreme Court Upholds Birthright Citizenship for Children Born in the U.S.

It looks like businesses in Korea among other countries will be able to continue the pregnancy tours to the United States to help parents give their kids U.S. citizenship:

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected U.S. President Donald Trump’s attempt to restrict birthright citizenship in a high-profile ruling, dealing a legal setback to his administration’s immigration policy.

In a 6-3 decision, the top court upheld a lower court decision against Trump’s executive order issued in January last year, which sought to deny birthright citizenship to children born in the United States to undocumented immigrants and temporary visa holders.

The usual anti-American suspects decided against America by warping law designed for the children of freed slaves to apply to Mexican and Chinese birth tourists… which have a parasitic or adversarial relationship with America rather than being a gain for America.

If America wants to save itself, a grace period followed by a purge is looking to be the most effective way forward.

This applies to all undesirables, from fent zombies to illegal aliens.

I hope there’s a backup plan to tighten immigration administratively.

Maybe putting a cap on progesterone levels from select countries.

Its frustrating that even if we win at the ballot box there are people who can engineer a way through lawfare to stop our candidates from making necessary changes.

I don’t think anyone is really ready to see what happens if regular folks get fed up with the process and take matters into their own hands. We all have too much to lose and it would be a sad affair for most everyone.

“I hope there’s a backup plan to tighten immigration administratively.”

Of course there is.

The anchor baby may be an American citizen but their criminal parents are not.

American citizen children have parents jailed all the time. They go live with a non-criminal relative or into the foster care system.

This ruling changes nothing but administrative overhead.
