Israel Condemns President Lee for Posting False Palestinian Propaganda on X
This is a perfect example of why you have to be careful of what you post on X because so much information out there is not true:
The foreign ministry expressed regret Saturday over what it described as a “misunderstanding” by Israel of President Lee Jae Myung’s remarks on the situation in the Middle East.
In a post on its official X account, the ministry clarified that Lee’s comments reflect “an expression of his convictions regarding universal human rights rather than an opinion on any specific issue.”
The online diplomatic exchange began Friday when Lee shared a video purportedly showing members of the Israel Defense Forces mistreating a Palestinian boy.
Lee drew a parallel between the forced sexual servitude imposed on Korean women under Japanese colonial rule, the Holocaust and wartime killings.
In a follow-up post, he clarified that the video was dated from September 2024 and called for the upholding of human rights and international humanitarian law under all circumstances.
“Human rights are the last safeguard and a value that must never be traded away,” he wrote.
Earlier in the day, the Israeli foreign ministry issued a strong protest against Lee’s original post, calling it “unacceptable” and warranting “strong condemnation.”
It also disputed the relevance of the video, adding the content originated from an account “notorious for spreading anti-Israeli disinformation and falsehoods about Israel.”
In a subsequent post, Lee said it was “disappointing” that Israel had not taken the opportunity to reflect on the widespread criticism from people around the world regarding concerns over human rights and international humanitarian law.

You can read more at the link, but clearly President Lee is more comfortable taking shots at Israel with this X post than he is Iran. Why didn’t President Lee criticize the mullahs when they were busy massacring tens of thousands of protesters? You would think after the Gwangju Incident that the Korean left would be championing the human rights of any protesters being slaughtered by their government.

ChickenHead has to say that nobody should worry about what Jews think.
Jews are mentally strong and intelligent people. And they have mastered constant offense and cries of antisemitism as one of their many tools to cleverly guide others to their will.
The way to beat this is speak the truth, don’t apologize, and answer “but 6 bajillion” with “nice genocide did there in Gaza, my little mensches”.
Answer accusations of racism with a reminder that Jewish is not a race and Israelis and Jews in general have varied racial backgrounds.
Answer accusations of religious discrimination with, “nobody cares”. Judaism isn’t in your face like Islam (unless you are Islamic).
Answer accusations of culturalism with, “You are goddam right.” Many Jewish goals are at cross purposes with many things Americans hold dear. (There is also a great deal to be copied).
President Lee’s lame attempt to virtue signal was sloppy. He should mind his own business with what Jews and Palistinians do to each other and be concentrating on how to manage Trump’s Iranian energy blockade without offending the Iranians or Trump.
This is not an enviable position.
Not when this affects South Koreans negatively directly. This war was started by the US and Israel, which blocked the Gulf oil to South Korea – which negatively affects all South Koreans in REAL LIFE.
You think there’s any goodwill left in the whole world (let alone South Korea) for the sicophants in the US and Israel who are responsible for the current mess and the nonstop wars?

And before this blow-up, South Korea’s high officials were in Iran, to negotiate for the release of the crew of 26 South Korean tanker ships which are stuck in the Persian Gulf due to the blockade by a war that America and Israel started for no good reason. I’m sure that had a lot to do with President Lee going off on the war criminal country Israel, to convince the Iranians to let those Korean tanker ships to pass through because “we understand what Israel has done to you”. It’s called a negotiation tactic – or in the Trump sicophant world, a “3D Chess move”.
I think your advice should be given to America (to mind their own business), which is funding the state of Israel in the form of $10 billion a year in economic/military aid, while most of your politicians are receiving Israel lobby money to keep that game going. I mean, going to war against Iran because of institutionalized financial corruption, to support Israel in illegal wars, killing schoolchildren for them, is actually meddling for Israel’s zionist ethnic cleansing ideals in the Middle East. So who should really be minding their own business? The US should.
