Had he done his homework, he would have realized those troops were from a detachment sent here on September(Three months ago!) to repatriate remains of Chinese troops KIA during the Korean War.
Careful background checks and research would have also prevented him from making a big fool out of himself.

Korean propaganda said something about repatriating remains but we know no Chinese have been killed in any war where they fought a righteous path to yet another glorious victory.
According to Chinese citizens with no dog in the propaganda fight, the Chinese soldiers were in Korea to make Koreans so afraid they would run home and eat kimchee.

Even without seeing Chinese soldiers I often go home (after work) and eat kimchi (plus rice, main dish, and other banchan)…
The idea that a clown parade scares people (people were laughing), or that only scared people eat kimchi (instead of being hungry for healthy food), is preposterous.
Maybe they can get the Russians or the Pope’s Swiss Guard to put on shows, too. Sell tickets and raise money for north Korean refugees.

China and South Korea held a ceremony at Incheon Airport to transfer the remains and belongings of 25 Chinese soldiers killed in the 1950-1953 Korean War.

The plane in question arrived approximately two days before the hand over event.
The troops were probably housed in a nearby hotel and on the day of the ceremony since they are departing Korea would have needed to go through passport control in the ICN terminal.
(The third video shows the soldiers forming up after going through passport control, with one soldier carrying a passport in his right hand)
Since they are in full uniform one would expect them to march in formation to passport control and once the exit stamps were stamped march on to the bus taking them from the terminal to the spot where the plane was parked.
You as a former military man would have understood that.
As such had you done careful background checks and research, it would have prevented you from making a big fool out of yourself.
