THREAD Yesterday I spotted what was likely an extremely rare and illegal shipment directly from South Korea to North Korea The An Hai 6 departed Busan's northern port on May 18, South Korea and popped up in Nampho, North Korea a month later. https://t.co/CXIaySziul
International Maritime Organization records show that the AN HAI 6 is owned by Hong Kong incorporated company “Ocean Pearl International Marine Co., Limited. Hong Kong’s opaque corporate structures are known to facilitate North Korean sanctions evasion, despite a 2017 legal amendment that sought to improve transparency and crack down on such activities.
There you go, it’s a Chinese owned ship, and South Korea has no control over what the Chinese do with their ships.

How is this even got to do with Moon, when he’s out of power, and the rightwing government is in power, and the ship is a Chinese-owned ship? Did the Yoon government arrange a North Korea shipment using the Chinese ship, colluding with Beijing? Good point Flyingsword.
We don’t know precisely how rare.
