They stopped the nuclear tests because they no longer need to test something that’s already been perfected. So why is the US so obsessed with North Korea having nuclear weapons and insist on disarming North Korea which will never happen? North Korea’s only goal is the survival of its regime. They’re not going to lob a nuke missile at the US, so this US obsession with disarming North Korea through sanctions and continuation of the 75+ years old Korean War is just unacceptable.
