Nuke exit policy was just a way to raise cost of living, lower the productivity that cheap power brings, and damage the economy by importing more energy.

Bird poop is a big problem in areas with large bird populations.
One example are Korean apartment buildings built before the early 2000s that have air conditioner outdoor unit on a small terrace.
In the above mentioned apartment complexes with large pigeon populations, the pigeons will poop on the outdoor units and the terraces, and there is a brisk business here for cleaning up all the pigeon poop.(Depending on the hired company they will charge around US$170 to clean it all up)
As for the floating solar panes, well good luck there.
