Picture of the Day: New Housing in North Korea

Members of a North Korean family celebrate in a new house after attending a ceremony in the mining town of Komdok, South Hamgyong Province, to mark its residents’ moving into new houses, in this undated photo released by the Korean Central News Agency on Nov. 27, 2020. The construction of around 2,300 new houses came after the Komdok area was buffeted by Typhoon Maysak in September. (For Use Only in the Republic of Korea. No Redistribution) (Yonhap)

Frankly I hope they do provide decent safe and sanitary housing; but having to rely on the gummint for everything is a loser’s path… not that I won’t be forced there eventually…
Looks like more Photoshop.
J6J, that’s what I said about the “rebuilt housing” to replace that damaged by the typhoon that hit NK. But I said it looked like a bad PhotoShop job.
