If there is no picture, admit nothing, deny everything, make counter-accusations.

If there is a picture, shift the focus on to whatever busybody snitch is constantly out in public soaking up Chinese Coronavirus instead of going to a restaurant and then going home.

On the other hand, readiness is important.
