Where was this built? To echo the comment, no way in hell I would ride a bike in Seoul, any other city in Korea, on a street any where in Korea. The way Koreans ride bikes, I wouldn’t even ride a bike on a bike path in Korea.
Also, overall Korea is 70% mountains, what average joe is going to be riding up and down these mountains. Ever go out in August in Korea, standing still you sweet buckets, ride a bike to work? I don’t think so. More asininity
