It was taken in South Korea. But I think – South Korean did not make this.
It is an reasonable doubt.

Some of us remember commies being hauled off buses and hauled away by the Military Police. Or at least hearing buddies talking about it. South Korea was given their freedom with the blood of their patriots and friends from many nations. Some of their politicians seem hell-bent on throwing it away.
However, I still would not advise sampling the Flied Lice. It might be fried rice, or a casserole of bondegie alternatives… you can find fried insects all over New York and Las Vegas, some dipped in chocolate.
