Assuming that Black Panther was one movie, I looked up what the other movie on the sign might be.
Let’s quote the website:

So… when a pejorative term for blacks gets put on the sign, END OF THE WORLD!
…but somehow a pejorative term for whites is officially displayed by leadership.
