Ah.. the smoke bombers… I remember those trucks spewing the noxious gases while gleeful children ran behind them sucking in the smoke.
Kids chase fumigating scooters through the street all night and no one cares. But THAAD is a health risk.
@Tim, that is the first thing I thought of when I saw this picture was of kids running out of the apartment buildings to play in the noxious gases. Yet they are scared that fans will kill them.
@GIKorea, I have said for years that those fogging machines were damaging the common sense of Koreans. I see that nothing has changed.
