The Chosun Ilbo reported this on Fri citing it came from a diplomatic source in Washington. State Dept spox rebukes Saturday.

While it is possible Secretary Pompeo had this supposed CD with him on the plane as the Chosun Ilbo suggests, he likely made a tactical decision to leave it in the plane.
It might have been a gift from Trump to Pompeo.
